JFA engaged by the Prime Minister of PNG to design of a two-level commercial building adjacent to Ela Beach for the world leaders APEC Summit in November 2018 in Port Moresby, PNG. Masterplan/concepts, detailed design, contract documentation, contract administration for 7 storey office building at Harbour City, Port Moresby, PNG. A steel framed office building designed utilising leading earthquake engineering design for fast erection. Precast double tee flooring system was integrated into the design.

Masterplan/concepts, detailed design, contract documentation, contract administration for new winery at Marananga including cellar door, administration building, plaza and landscape in Association with Richard Stafford Architects.
South Australian Museum – Australian Aboriginal Cultures Gallery, Adelaide, South Australia (WI)
New entry building and refurbishment of East wing incorporating integration of gallery spaces, retail and café within the museum environment. Aboriginal Cultures Gallery designed in conjunction with Freeman Ryan. 2000 MBA award of excellence.

Masterplan/concepts, detailed design, contract documentation for a 2 Storey Motel Unit complex. The complex has 60 apartments and carpark. Facilities include a swimming pool and BBQ facilities set within a tropical landscaped garden.
